[QCLUG] Looking for Open Source Project Planning Alternative toMS-Project

Hi Jason,
Thanks for the suggestion, I checked it out, looks like it would be
perfect, except I can't get permission to install it anyplace as it
requires a Web server.  I was hoping it was a client-based app, but it
was not.

Any other suggestions anyone?
