ok update
i removed all but dvdrw and one hard drive it would run longer but eventually
still shutdown .

so i looked up the memory at manufactures website it says its 1.8v +.2V
i upped the volts of memory to .2v been running a nvidia demo for 2+hours no
shutdowns ^^ ( note i tried 1.9 first it worked better but would lock up in
awhile and .2 has not locked up at all )

next im gona try hooking the rest back up .

quick question i was thinking that my power supply was not enough to handle
everything. only 500ws causing it to overheat and shutdown ? but seemed more
like a board issue shuting down the system

memory is running in 128 bit mode ( dual channel ) i dont want to take any
out ^^ lol

honestly why not say its 2.0volt memory
