I finally got some answers. Don't know what version Exchange is, 
however, most of the workstations run 2000 Pro. There are no more than 5 
XP Pro. Because only the IT company knows "all" the answers (and they 
charge), he now wants me to go in and get it, preferablly without 
leaving fingerprints or damaging anything. Even though he's not very 
happy with the IT company, he doesn't want the church to be harmed. I 
have a boot CD of "Auditor" which has loads of tools, most of which I 
don't know how to use (can learn enough to do this). I believe a usual 
Linux install of Debian Sarge or Mepis) could also do this with the 
correct pkg installed. I do have one testing machine in the Lab nobody 
else can use, so that should be fairly safe.

Does that sound doable?
