[QCLUG] Ubuntu works with the Intel 965 mother board

I just thought I would let everyone know that I downloaded Ubuntu 7.04 
Beta (Feisty Fawn) on 1 April and have just tried it with my Intel 965 
motherboard and an Intel Core 2 Duo chip.  My box also has all SATA 
drives.  Ubuntu 7.04 Beta installed very smooth and detected all of my 
hardware.  It seems to be working great.  The Gnome desktop sets up my 
drives and works great :-)  but with KDE I had to set the mount points 
myself.  I am using Gnome.  I just thought that some of you might like 
to know.
