I just thought I would let everyone know that I downloaded Debian 4.0 rc2
(etch) on 30 March and tried it with my Intel 965-using Lenovo Thinkpad w/
an Intel Core 2 Duo chip.  My box also has all SATA drives.  Debian 4.0
installed very smooth and detected all of my hardware.  The installer let me
easily enable full-disk encryption for security, and it seems to be working
great.  The GNOME desktop sees all my peripherals including my super-secret
USB key :)  I am using GNOME.  I just thought that some of you might like to
know.
