[QCLUG] buying laptop from dell

As of late I have had real good relations with Best Buy. Mostly in the
warranty dept.  I have a 21 inch LCD screen that the first two I bought
had bad pixels.  They were replaced without question.  Couple other
incidents that have been handled fine.   As for Windows et al, I just
don't even ask questions, I politely thank them for any info, and tell
them I'm going to wipe the drive clean.  Usually been a short conversation.
