[QCLUG] reason to never use windows

The article is a little short on technical details, but I'd assume the
keys that are contained within the window's system thingy in question
are just public-keys encryption keys. These could be used for sending
"challenge" requests which could only be decrypted by the NSA's
private-key before executing any code, or something along those lines.

Trying to generate your own matching private key would take a while, but
there's probably someone out there attempting to do it right now.
