[QCLUG] DSL in the Quad Cities

I Chalotte Iowa, I have a cable connection.  I get anywhere from 100kbs to 
940kbs on downloads.  Since there are few residents up here (town of 300) the 
speed isn't subject to the high use slowdowns that are common in davenport.
