	I know that SBC/AT&T DSL has been working fine for me here in Moline for 
about three years now.  I am consistently getting 1.5Mbps or whatever it is 
called now.  It can go faster, but I am not on the net enough to justify 
paying for it.  I have no idea what a /29 netblock is, so I can't help you 
there.  The only service I would avoid is the DSL service by Quest in Iowa. 
  I have yet to hear one person praise them.
