Yeah, I know about Cedega and Crossover. No objection to either, except
money and sheer bull-headedness on my part. I'll try that old HOWTO.

If I can get to installation to run and complete, the program will. Wine
lists it as Platinum (everything works, no problems).

I've tried every combination I can think of, nada. I believe I've cleaned up
whatever messes I made. I'm attaching the two HOWTO's I have in front of me
(in OpenOffice native ODT format). If Mike or anyone else can figure them
out, please post back the results.
