That WAS a really good story, wasn't it??! I hadn't gotten around to
telling Mark, that, tho . . . :-(

THANKS, Mark, for the cute story!

In the meantime, I've hammered on this hard enough, and long enough, to
finally get a page up *live*! Whew! I really am not at all impressed
with the minimal "manuals" they keep pointing people to. Even their
silly animated tutorials leave a lot to be desired. The one about using
the file manager, well, duh, it's all pretty transparent--what was NOT
well demonstrated was changing directories (it's mentioned in passing
which dir the index file has to be), yeah, clicking on it is not enough,
even tho it then shows up in the right column! NO, ya gotta bang on the
folder itself, not the name. Sometimes gui's leave a lot to be desired,
but I'm not versed enough to do more than minimal command line stuff.
Pingability says there are still problems . . .

It would sure help if instructions were in one place, but one must go
here, there, and everywhere to ferret out tidbits. Thankfully, I found
a sticky in a forum that was in plain English, so I finally realized
that the domain he bought could be not only the hostname, but also the
nameserver! Still getting some weird messages when I try to add an A
entry for the nameservers. Guess I'll have to try their support, when
I'm not so tired and can express myself better.
