[QCLUG] File transfer over LAN

All systems are Linux.

My church Lab has 6 computers that I just found out don't handle USB. Debian
and several live-cd's won't work. I don't have the time for extensive
"fixing". One of the other three computers is just newer enough to recognize
my pen drive.

Soooooo what I'd like to do is use the newer one to "go" to the older one
and copy the files I need to the newer one. I need a "one shot quicky". What
should I read about that will do that?
