[QCLUG] walmart had a 200 doller linux pc , had due to it being sold out

walmart started selling a $200 pc with Gos installed it sold out in minutes .

stats of the system where
cd/rw/dvd
80 gb HD
1.5 ghz via
512 mb - ram
sound lan usb
keyboard and mouse
case
Gos ( google integrated ubuntu 7.10 )

note it seems allot of people actual thought windows was installed and
ended up liking Linux now
if only we could get machines in all retail stores (staples best buy
...... etc etc)

but its nice that the product got sold out , this product was suppose
to be in stores and on online stores

how's that for demand
