Hello lug,

I am working an R^3 ( R-Cubed ) supplied with SuSE. The grub loader
offers the default option of SuSE 10.2. Then on the next line down it
offers SuSE 10.2 (Xen).

Is not Xen an emulator package? I always select the default. What is
the second option, what is its typical use? What is the advantage
booting 10.2 ( Xen ) instead of the default SuSE 10.2?

Cordially, Rob Mohr

PS this Z62FM notebook ( made in China ) is a bit quirky in that every
20-30 starts it will hang up on the BIOS process, before grub, and it
will require a battery disconnect.  Rcubed has a one-year warranty;
about 5 months to go. Should I raise this as an issue?
