If we can meet there without selling our soul, go for it. I would suggest
not running later than 8 to 8:30. We are only doing one thing with possible
tie-ins to other related goodies. Don't push the time, some of us have to
get up early the next day.

Also, keep the day the same. Getting too "erratic" all at once could be a
bad thing. We'll wind up spending a lot of time arguing about a day and
getting irritated with each other.

BTW, I will probably be bringing a guest (from church staff). He's VERY
interested in the Mythbox and other related security possibilities.

We've got a shot here, folks. Let's make the most of it.
