They are still in business, at least they were last week. They're now =
owned by Solo Connect ( http://soloconnect.com ), and I know they've =
been having some problems but they're still in business. Before the Solo =
acquisition they were always real good about posting announcements on =
the site to clear up any questions about possible service downtime or =
issues they may be having, it seems that's no longer the case with Solo =
which is frustrating.=20

Last week my service was down for over 24 hours, and the mail server was =
going nuts prior to that so I finally got frustrated and just called =
Qwest and had them switch my ISP from Revealed to nothing (essentially a =
Qwest IP without email service or anything else).

Hello All,=20
We use Internet Revealed as our home ISP. We have been without ISP =
service for at least 3 days, the posted phone numbers are not answered =
or roll over to FAX modems, and they have not responded to an online =
trouble ticket.=20

Anyone know what's going on here? I realize they have merged with =
another company, but the non-responsive attitude has me worried about =
their viability.

In case we have to switch, which ISP would you recommend for home use?=20
