Hi Paul,

I'm in need of a bit more context.  What is it that you're looking at in
configuring the system?  That is, what's the modem, what's the "business use"
and ... can you wait, too?  I don't have plans on coming back to Miles yet.
I can troubleshoot a lot of things remotely and via phone.
