OK, so Noah's stash helps with parts.

Because I was there, I stopped at the Blue Grass Library today. They 
have two computers. Used mostly for online research and Word Processing. 
They are part of the Scott County system. I will call them Monday and 
ask if there is a need for a computer and report back the answer.
