 Booth Occupants and presenters,

I would like to thank everyone for participating in the SAU Information
Technology Showcase.  I just wanted to send everyone a quick note on what t=
o
expect for tomorrows events.

Each booth occupant will have a table with a power strip and network cable.
Those that have made special requests for other equipment will find them at
your booth at setup time.  Booth setup time is scheduled to take place at
8am-10am on Wednesday March 19th.  Wireless is available in the building an=
d
will be configured at your request on the day of the showcase.  Please note
that each booth will only be provided a single network cable, if more are
needed please take advantage of our wireless or bring in your own switch.



Each vendor is expected to bring their own equipment, brochures, business
cards or documentation unless otherwise arranged.  If any assistance is
needed in setup, or if you have any other requests please contact me to mak=
e
arrangements.  A few carts will be available in the morning to bring in
equipment.



*Parking* =96 Included below is a pdf of the Campus Parking Map.  Arrangeme=
nts
have been made with the security department for temporary passes to be
distributed to vendors, you can pick these up at the welcome booth (First
booth as you walk into the Rogalski Ballroom).  Please use the faculty/staf=
f
parking lot numbered 5.  This is the lot closest staff lot to the Rogalski
Center labeled L. You will find the lot on the North Side of campus
accessible from W. Lombard Street.  You may want to arrive slightly before =
8
to get a good spot.
