Thanks all for the nice welcome!  I have an Eeepc too Culley.  I ditched
Xandros for ubuntu after I found the nice how to page to fix my wifi and
shut down glitches.  I used eeexubuntu at first but prefer the more familiar
genome over the xfce desktop.  Your friend like hers?  I find it to be handy
to take along, being so small.  Now they are talking about a 8.9" screen
coming out on basically the same machine.  That is the weakest point on the
700 is it has a smallish screen.  I by no means want to give it back, but a
8.9" screen will help the eeepc be a better little machine.   brent
