[QCLUG] Meeting place response

My response to the discussion about a meeting place. Based on our and the
QCMUG (Mac) history our best long term stable location would be the
Bettendorf Library. There is nothing "wrong" with CIPA or Augustana. Great
people at both places.

If anyone is interested in some history and expanded comments, come to the
meeting tonight. And try to print and bring the Tux Radar piece about LUG's.
