Sorry, I'm going to perpetuate the off-topicness because I find this
interesting. :)

Your blog entry covers the subject matter of the suit, but there's no
explanation of why ARC *cares* whether you put up a drive-in theater.  I'm
assuming the real reason isn't their passion for concrete, and that this is,
after all, a legal pretext that happens to serve their agenda.  Do you know
why they're opposed to the construction, or are you not allowed to talk
about it because of the ongoing legal action?

I wonder if you think the petition will be effective?  I can't imagine why
such a petition would carry any weight with this corporation, given that
it's already clear they have some ulterior motive here. :)
