Thanks all for the nice welcome!&nbsp; I have an Eeepc too Culley.&nbsp; I ditched Xandros for ubuntu after I found the nice how to page to fix my wifi and shut down glitches.&nbsp; I used eeexubuntu at first but prefer the more familiar genome over the xfce desktop.&nbsp; Your friend like hers?&nbsp; I find it to be handy to take along, being so small.&nbsp; Now they are talking about a 8.9&quot; screen coming out on basically the same machine.&nbsp; That is the weakest point on the 700 is it has a smallish screen.&nbsp; I by no means want to give it back, but a 8.9&quot; screen will help the eeepc be a better little machine.&nbsp;&nbsp; brent<br>
