Motion 2: CIPA has kindly invited us to use their facilities until we<br=

hospitality, to give CIPA a break while we get the library (or<br>
wherever we decide), it was suggested that the August 10th meeting be<br>
a "Social Gathering" at Bent River in Moline, due to excellent Tu=

food/drink specials. Since they serve food, you do not need to be 21<br>
to attend. There was talk about making this an annual event, but I<br>
would like this vote to be for 1 time only. If it is well received,<br>
we can look at having an annual social meeting (this also buys us a<br>
year to argue/decide).<br>
